Production Process Management

Once our clients give us their designs and tech pack such as drawings, photographs, reference samples, work sheets,size specs and so on, we will begin the following operations at once:

SAMPLE:

PROTO SAMPLES PERIOD:7-12 days
SALESMAN SAMPLES PERIOD: 35-60 days

ORDER:

PRODUCTION PERIOD:50-60 days
MINIMUM QUANTITY: 300pcs per colour per style

PRODUCTION:

LAPDIP: 7 days
PREPRODUCTION SAMPLES: 10-20 days
EMBROIDER & PRINT SWATCH:7 days
ACCESSORIES (BUTTON, RIVET, MAIN LABEL, SIZE LABEL, WASH CARE LABEL, HANGTAG, WARNING LABEL, PLASTIC BAG, ETC.:7-20 days)

PRODUCTION FABRIC: 25-35days
CUTTING & SEWING:15-20days
QUALITY ASSURANCE:Clients will receive a shipping sample of each style before our shipment.


SHIPMENT & DOCUMENTS:

FORWARDER: Client nominated forwarder or our long-term cooperative forwarders
CLEARANCE DOCUMENTS: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin and Form A will be offered.
OTHER DOCUMENTS: Inspection report ( If any other documents are needed, please let us know in advance.)

Learning about Tencel denim: It’s the most typical green environmental protection fiber, praised as “ the green fiber in the 21st century” ; the cotton blended Tencel denim has such characteristics as gentle bright gloss, clear twill lines, glutinous and smooth hand feeling, moisture absorption, breathable, cool and comfortable features, etc.

Pre-shipment inspection （AQL）:

1.       Inspection Standard:  Single sampling plan for normal inspection according to ANSI/ASQ Z 1.4-2008

2.       AQL Acceptable Level: Major: 2.5, Minor: 4.0

Check Points Of The Workmanship ( Garments and Textiles)：

1.       Safety ( no broken needle, blood, mildew, insect, loop stitches on the neck area/inner of armhole etc)；

2.       Color Shade ( same color effect within one unit, same color effect among selected units, the gray scale should not less than 4) ;

3.       Symmetric check (should by symmetric stripes effect, position of the left and right pocket/ sleeve/ leg/cuff, cross seam, front placket etc);

4.       Neck shape check ( the neck shape should be neat, no deformation; the collar point should be symmetric, etc);

5.       Seam quality ( no seam slippage or broken, no open seam, sufficient seam allowance ( no Less than 1cm) etc);

6.       Check untrimmed thread end/floating thread ( especially backside of the front closure/placket and unit inner, such as sleeve inner, leg inner and front/ back rise);

7.       Skew check (check side seam, the skew should not over 3%);

8.       Zipper, snap, Velcro, Stopper and other accessories ( No breakage, detachment, block or other bad things and found and the function is normal);

9.       Button hole check ( It should be tidy, hole’s size should be suitable, no too big or too small).
